Requirements

Job Description
You’ll have an excellent opportunity to grow in many areas, from interpersonal communication skills to office administration. You’re at the frontline with a strong team, and you’ll support them in achieving sales and marketing tasks and preparing reports.
Responsibility:
- Propose angles and theme where the brand could be integrated with a spectrum of marketing activities.
- Work closely with internal and external parties in program development and project
implementation.
- Facilitate the marketing programs according to the brand strategies formulated and
ensure the effectiveness.
- Content writing of Marketing Material, such as Company Newsletter.
- To assist in the development of tactical partnership with non-competitive organizations for joint marketing programs.
- Daily update of the system for preparing analytical reports
- Follow up on sales and marketing tasks and report the progress
- Assist in producing sales and marketing material, e.g. photo and video shooting, file
editing, printing, setting up and coordinating works with vendors…
- Handling digital marketing tasks, e.g. Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp
Requirement:
- Diploma or above, preferably in marketing or communications.
- 1-2 years working experience, preferably in Sales or Marketing field.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Strong sense of initiative and a “can do” attitude.
- Creative, innovative and willing to contribute ideas.
- Keen eye for attention to detail with good problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Analytical, well organized and result oriented.
- Knowledge of design and creative software is an advantage, e.g. Adobe Suite.
